Nordic Energy Services' Electric Energy Portal for Agents Delivers Quotes… Faster!
WILLOWBROOK, IL., Oct. 7 – Nordic Energy has created an online
Portal for agents and their internal sales force to handle electric
energy requests much faster. The Portal allows for rapid pricing
within minutes and access to executable contracts at any time. Nordic
Energy Services, LLC, is an independently owned, Chicago-based, Alternative
Retail Electric Supplier (ARES) and Alternative Gas Supplier (AGS).

The Portal is used by independent energy agents and Nordic's own
internal sales force to provide electricity quotes for commercial
and industrial businesses throughout Illinois and Northwest Indiana.
Lower Electric, who has been an agent for Nordic for over two years,
has used the Portal since it was introduced. Throughout the day five to
six people from Lower Electric are on the Portal quoting customers. "Nordic's Portal
is probably the easiest to use and pricing comes up fast and
without a problem. It's great for the customer - - they now don't have to
wait up to a week for pricing," said Ann Urkov of Lower Electric.
Even with the advanced Portal, Nordic continues to focus on better
service. "Nordic is extremely easy to get in touch with, they are
very good about adding in the human element," notes Ms. Urkov.
The Portal is password protected and can be reached via Nordic Energy's
web site, www.nordicenergy-us.com 24 hours a day. A log-in can be
requested by completing the signup form available online.
